How to avoid typo and grammars mistakes in your designs

In this topic, I am going to explain how to avoid typo and grammars mistakes in your designs when you designing something. Normally designers thinking more about the alignments, colors, graphics, and stuff but unfortunately, you may miss a small spelling mistake or maybe a grammar. Its really difficult to identify the mistake due to the human reading pattern because humans get first and the last character and other letters should not place into correct order when reading a text most of the time(Ex: seirous – you may read this word without an issue). It is very serious sometimes, assume that you design a mailer or something to send thousands of people or you are going to upload some content/graphic to a public website that gets thousands of hits per day…

People will less talk your good design but talk about your small mistake. Its really hurt and all blame is coming to your account :(. therefore be careful…

Lets talk How to avoid typo and grammars mistakes in your designs.

  1. The best ways are proofread your design content via a technical writer before designing. In this case, you are very safe 🙂 and you have fewer revisions.
  2. If you do not have a technical writer how to validate the content??. Yes, we can validate the content like 90% by our self but you need to know English to some extent. Each and every Graphic designing tools have inbuilt features to check spell and grammar mistakes, unfortunately, that feature won’t work until you check (most of word processing software has the feature to underline the mistakes real time). Please see the below videos for more..
  3. Another way is there are more intelligent online tools to check spell/grammar mistakes. grammarly is one of the best tools I have ever used there are chrome extension, desktop plugin, an online app to check spelling and grammar mistakes. Most of the features are freely available but you may purchase for advanced use.
